1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Kedil Solutions Pvt Ltd (“Kedil Solutions”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of the TradeStox mobile application and website (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Nature of the service
TradeStox is an educational, virtual-trading simulation. All trading on TradeStox is conducted with virtual money for learning and entertainment. TradeStox is not a stockbroker, exchange, depository, investment adviser, or any kind of financial institution, and the Services do not facilitate the purchase or sale of real securities. No real funds are ever invested, and no real-money returns are generated.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. By using TradeStox, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- You may not create more than one account, or create an account on behalf of someone else, without our permission.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Virtual money, coins & contests
- Virtual capital provided in the app has no monetary value, cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for real currency, and exists solely to operate the simulation.
- Coins are an in-app feature used to access certain contests and features. Coins have no cash value and are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.
- Contests are skill-based simulations. Eligibility, entry requirements, prize structures, and rules are described within the app and may change. Any rewards are awarded at our discretion and subject to the contest's stated terms.
- We reserve the right to void participation and rewards obtained through cheating, exploitation of bugs, automated tools, or other unfair means.
6. Trade passes & payments
Premium “trade passes” may be offered as subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Such purchases are processed by the relevant app store and are subject to its terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your app-store account before the renewal date. Refunds are governed by the policies of the app store through which you purchased. Prices and features may change with notice.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or their data feeds.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on our infrastructure.
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to gain an unfair advantage in contests.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes the rights of others.
8. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the TradeStox brand, are owned by or licensed to Kedil Solutions Pvt Ltd and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Market data displayed in the app belongs to its respective providers.
9. Disclaimers & no financial advice
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Nothing in the Services constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. Simulated performance is hypothetical and is not indicative of real-world results. Market data may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. You should consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making any real investment decision.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kedil Solutions Pvt Ltd and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Because TradeStox involves no real-money trading, you acknowledge that you cannot incur real financial trading losses through the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, the courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
